Status percentages are not displaying correctly in Test Executions and Test Plans (also observed in their respective boards).

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test Execution and add Tests.
2. Change tests to different statuses
3. Hover over the status to view the percentage — the value does not match correctly
4. Add Tests to a Test Plan
5. Create a Test Execution within the Test Plan and repeat the above steps
6. The Percentage is not matching correctly
7. The displayed percentage is still incorrect
8. Checking the Testing Board - Test Executions and Test Plan Board, the same incorrect percentage information is displayed

The percentage displayed does not match the actual status distribution.

Expected result

The percentage should accurately reflect the distribution of test statuses
