Test Runs tab within the Test issues are erroring out with the message "Cannot read properties of null (reading 'startsWith')"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a Test issue.
2. In the Test details panel, click on the Test Runs tab to display the Test Execution issues associated with the Test.

Expected results:

1. The Test Execution issues associated with the Test should be displayed.

Actual result:

1. It's not possible to see the contents of the Test Runs tab, as the page errors out with the message:

An error occurred while initializing the data table
Cannot read properties of null (reading 'startsWith')
