As a QA Lead, I want independent filters per hierarchy level in Traceability Report

As a QA Lead, I want independent filters per hierarchy level in Requirement Traceability Report so that I can hide non-testable Stories (or other child types) without losing the parent/child structure.

Acceptance Criteria{}

1. In Requirement Traceability Report (Hierarchical view), I can set L1 (Epic) Filter and L2 (Story) Filter independently.
2. When only L2 matches (Story passes, Epic doesn’t), the Epic still appears as a container (toggle-controlled).

1. When L1 matches but L2 doesn’t, children are hidden while the Epic row remains.

1. Saved Report Presets store both L1 and L2 filters and the pruning toggle.

This allows the user to hide non-testable Stories without losing the Epic context for clearer executive reporting.
