GenAI: Searching for Requirements dont works as expected

Description
When filtering from the Link Coverable Issues field, the search engine returns very few results when searching by project key, for example, it may only show one result. It seems that the search requires the exact project key to display all relevant issues.

How to reproduce

1. Create a Requirement issue;
2. Press the Test Case Generation option;
3. Filter by a requirement key;

Actual result/Attachments

Expected result
It should display a more comprehensive list of results, or at least show variant results when the entered key closely matches the desired requirement key.

Workaround
Write the exact key
