Short Description: When restoring to default or clearing the filters, the toggle button should go back to its default disabled status.

Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Navigate to the Dashboard
2 - Add the Test Runs List gadget
3 - Change some fields and enabled the toggle button "Enabled date range filtering"
4 - Now, click to Reset to Default

Actual Result: The toggle button is kept enabled
Expected Result: It should go back to being disabled

5 - Verify the same behavior for the Test Runs List report
