When the Xray Enterprise license turns invalid, the Xray Standard fallback is not working

How to reproduce

1. Install Xray Standard
2. Install Xray Enterprise
3. Cancel Subscription, but let it be installed

Actual result/Attachments

Xray Enterprise is now unusable, but none of the Xray standard features appear. All menus are hidden. Is like the app is not installed.

Expected result

Xray Standard should kick in when both are installed and Xray Enterprise is invalid.

Workaround

Uninstall Xray Enterprise with a faulty license.
