As an Admin, I should be able to Customize Sub-Test Execution issue Create dialog.

Currently, when a Test Execution or Sub-Test Execution is created from a Requirement, Xray issue create dialog is displayed. We should be able to customize it to show the Test Plan and to make the Fix Version and Test Environment as Required.
