As a user, I would like to be able to access the Xray API logs from my instance

Currently, there is no way for Xray Cloud administrators to monitor API usage across their site or to access logs related to API activity.

As an Xray Cloud user, I would like to have access to detailed API usage logs, including information such as timestamps, endpoints used, user identifiers, request volume, and response statuses, so that I can:

• Monitor integrations and automation activity.
• Detect misuse or abnormal API consumption.
• Troubleshoot issues more efficiently without needing to contact Xray Support.
• Improve governance and compliance visibility across my organization.
