As a user, I would like to allow administrators to restrict Xray API access to specific IP ranges or networks

Currently, there is no way for Xray Cloud administrators to restrict API access based on IP addresses or network locations. This means that users with valid credentials can call Xray APIs from any network, including outside the organization's secure environment.

As an Xray Cloud administrator, I would like to be able to configure IP allowlists or network restrictions for Xray API access, so that only trusted networks or VPNs can connect.
