Enhance the Test Coverage panel with more filters and visibility to help users quickly find related Test Executions for a story without switching screens.

Enhance the Test Coverage panel to provide better visibility and filtering of test executions at the sprint or story level.

Specifically, allow users to easily see when and which test executions apply to a story without needing to navigate through multiple screens. 

Giving a specific example: When a test is executed, it is defaulted to the latest, but there is no information about the date/time of that execution. If this information can be added to the panel so the user can see that a pass/fail happened after a particular point in time, that would be nice.
