As a user, I would like to have a configuration option to define the maximum number of issues the Test Evolution gadget can load

Currently, Xray Cloud gadgets enforce a fixed limit of 1000 issues to maintain system performance across tenants.

However, the Test Evolution gadget is an exception, as it loads all matching Test issues without restriction.

While this behavior supports large-scale visibility, it can significantly impact performance when projects or filters contain tens of thousands of Tests. Administrators have no way to control or restrict the volume of data retrieved by the gadget.
