Test Execution List Report and Gadget are not considering the Test Step defects

Test Execution List Report and Gadget are not considering the Test Step defects.

Pre-conditions

How to reproduce

1. Add Manual Tests to a new Test execution.
2. Create multiple Defect on the Test Run page, which will be linked to Test Execution as "created". Please create Global Defects and Test Step Defects.
   
3. Now add the Test Executions List gadget to the Dashboard and generate the built-in report Test Executions List.

Actual result/Attachments

In the report/gadget, we see that in the Defects Column only the ones created as global and the ones from iterations are being presented. Test Step ones are ignored, so the final number of Defects is wrong.

Expected result

All Defects should be summed up and presented in the Defects column of the Report/Gadget.
