As a user, I want the Comments column to show value/s in the Test Runs List report and Tests table of the Test Execution

On the Tests table of the Test Execution, the Comments column is not displaying the Comments from the Test, whereas TestRun Comments are shown. 

We want the comments on the Test issue to be shown in the Test Runs list Report and Test Execution issue as well.
