#Defects column of the Test Execution Table in Test Plan Issue is not considering the Test Step Defects

Test Execution under Test Plan is not considering the Test Step Defects

Pre-conditions

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test Plan
2. Add/Link Test Execution to Test Plan
3. Create multiple Defects on the Test Run page, which will be linked to Test Execution as "Created". Please create Global Defects and Test Step Defects
   

Actual result/Attachments
Under the #Defects column of Test Execution under Test Plan, we see that the Defect
count is only showing the Global Defect. The Test Step Defect was not considered.

Expected result

All Defects should be summed up and presented in the #Defects column of the Test Execution under Test Plan
