As a user, I want to view only the parent field of the cascading field when creating a defect from the Test Run screen.

Currently, when creating a defect from Jira, they can only see the parent field of the cascade field.

But when creating the defect from the Test Run screen, the parent and child selection fields appear in the create screen.
