Closed defects are not being counted in the Test Executions List Report/Gadget

Closed defects are not being counted in the Test Executions List Report.

Even after they are closed, they still appear in the Open column.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a Test Run in a Test Execution and add a Defect
  
• Close the defect and set a Resolution
  
• Generate the report
