Unable to link the Precondition to the Test with the same kind.

Pre-conditions

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test type with any name and use the "steps" kind.
2. Create a Test with type Manual.
3. Create a Precondition with the newly created type.
4. Try to add the Precondition to the Test.

Actual result/Attachments
It is not linked to the precondition.
