"Order by" JQL filter under Test Plan is not working

Description: "Order by" JQL filter under Test Plan is not working

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test Plan.
2. Add 4-5 Test issues under it.
3. Try using "order by" in the filter section by JQL for different fields like issue key, summary etc.
4. The output remains the same without any change. 

Actual result/Attachments: 

Expected result: The sorting should work.
