Attachments are displayed twice on the Test Run screen following a Cloud migration

Steps to reproduce:

1. On Xray DC, create a Test with a Dataset with three values and execute it on a new Test Execution (so that you have three iterations).
2. When updating the results on the Test Run screen, add an attachment to a test step in the second iteration.
3. As a result, the Execution Evidence section of the Test Run should show the attachment only once, and it should be indicated that the attachment belongs to a specific step and iteration (ex.: Iteration 2/Step 1).
4. Now migrate this project to the Cloud via JCMA.

Expected results:

The Evidence section of that Test Run in the Cloud site should still show that attachment only once, while indicating that it belongs to a specific step and iteration (ex.: Iteration 2/Step 1), just like it was on Xray DC.

Actual results:

The attachment is being displayed twice on the Test Run screen, once with the indication that it belongs to Iteration 2/Step 1, and another showing only Step 1 (as if it was a global attachment related to the global Test Step 1, rather than to a specific iteration).
