Test Executions screen freezes and displays an error when filtering by user fields.

Pre-conditions

How to reproduce

1. Open the Testing board.
2. Open Test Executions.
3. Add some Test Executions.
4. Click on filter.
5. Click on more >> Add Approvers field
6. Select unassigned from the Approvers dropdown.

Actual result/Attachments

Throwing an error, and the Test Execution screen freezes.

Error Message: "
