Text selection on Test Run page with Ctrl + shift + Arrow key, incorrectly navigates to next Test Run

Description: While selecting the Text from Test Steps on the Test Run page via Ctrl + shift + Arrow key, the Test Run changes. 

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test case with a Test Step.
2. Add 2 Test Execution and execute one. 
3. On the Test Run page, try selecting a Text from the Test step by Ctrl + shift + Arrow key.
4. The Test Run changes to the next one and text do not get selected as expected. 

Actual result/Attachments: Video attached.

Expected result: Text should be selected normally.
