It should be possible to define Test Run Statuses that prevent editing of the Test Run, effectively blocking any modification of the actual results

It should be possible to configure certain Test Run Statuses as final, meaning that once a Test Run reaches one of these statuses, editing would be disabled and the Actual Results could no longer be changed. Only when the status is moved back to a TODO or re-execution state would the Actual Results field become editable again.
