As a user, I would like Xray to automatically include the Tests from the original Test Set when a Test Set is cloned

Currently, when a Test Set is cloned in Jira, its associated Test issues are not added to the cloned Test Set. This prevents users from efficiently reusing or replicating existing Test Set structures.

To improve usability, I would like Xray to support enhanced Test Set cloning with the following options:

1. Clone Test Set with existing Tests
   When cloning a Test Set, automatically include all Tests that were linked to the original Test Set, preserving their order.
2. Clone Test Set and clone all contained Tests
   When cloning a Test Set, automatically create new cloned Test issues for each Test in the original Test Set, and add those cloned Tests to the cloned Test Set.
   This allows users to duplicate complete Test Sets while keeping the cloned Tests independent from the originals.
