Jenkins: "Test Connection" messages do not disappear when changing between credentials

In the Xray Configuration for Jenkins, when adding Jira Instances, changing between saved credentials (other than "none") the "Test Connection" messages do not disappear.

Pre-conditions:

• User is signed in to Jenkins.
• User has Xray plugin installed and configured.
• User has Jenkins admin privileges.

How to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Xray Configuration
2. Create new Jira instance
3. No credentials are selected
4. Confirm warning message is displayed
5. Change credentials to valid one
6. Confirm warning message disappears
7. Select "Test Connection"
8. Confirm success message appears
9. Change credentials to invalid one
10. Confirm success message stays

Actual result:
Messages are not disappearing when user changes the credentials.

Expected result:
Messages should disappear when changing credentials.
