As a user, I can import results using the xUnit standard and multipart endpoints

ACs:

• standard
  • it should be possible to import Xunit XML reports and specify additional fields for the Test Execution; similar to other endpoints (e.g. Junit), it should be possible to support projectKey, test execution key, test plan key, test environment(s), revision, fixVesion
• multipart 
  • it should be possible to import Xunit XML reports and specify additional fields for the Test Execution;
  • inline content for the multipart can be specified or a file with that content
• xUnit endpoints are only available for Jira Cloud!
