As a user, I can import attachments to the destination Test Execution using a post-action

As a user, I can import attachments to the Test Execution in Xray using a post-action.

This will give the possibility to attach other custom reports (e.g. HTML based), screenshots and other artifacts that may be produced by the automation frameworks.

To be evaluated: how this will work if multiple Test Executions are going to be created

ACs:

• a regular expression can be used to specify a file or list of files to upload; each file is uploaded separately 
• files from local and remote builds should be attachable, depending on where the build is running
