As a user, I can select a credencial pair in the Xray build Task

As a user, I can select a credencial pair in the Xray build Task.

It would be possible to continue to use both the global scoped credentials available in the coonfiguration Jenkins menu, but I could alternatively, also use the credentials (in the Jenkins Credential storage) directly in the build task.

This would allow for integration with user-scoped credencials and with other external plugins (example: credentials-binding).
