Add feedback on "Single Issue View" exportations

When an Export is triggered on Single Issue View exportations, there isn't feedback about what is happening in the next seconds.

We should add some animation or other feedback while the export isn't received.

Example: Disable the button while the request is being done or the export is received or display a loading animation.
