Improve the way how Xporter issue panel is managed (Turn it async)

Change the UI to show a progress bar with a button to cancel the export.

ACs:

• After clicking on Export button, a progress bar must be shown as Xporter has on the Xporter Dialog.
• Provide the following actions:
  • Cancel, This action must cancel the process and back to the initial screen.
  • Send to Background - This action must redirect the user to the initial screen and a message must be shown saying that the export was sent to background processing.
