Xporter pop-up isn't working properly Service Desk using IE

As a user, the Xporter pop up on Service Desk isn't working properly using IE

Steps to reproduce the problem:
As a user, create a ticket on JSD Customer portal
After the ticket created, try to export on JSD
Instead of showing the popup it will redirect to a new page and send the error 404.
