JQL with ScriptRunner functions are not resolved

When we run a JQL that has Script Runner functions, sometimes those functions are not resolved.

For example:
project = demo and type = story and issueFunction in completeInSprint ("DEMO board", "Sample Sprint 1")

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a demo board and sprint
• add some issues
• Mark some of the Story type as done
• Close the Sprint
• Run JQL on Search Issues and make changes to some issues.
• Create a template with JQL
• Perform an export
• The export result must be the same as the result that is shown in the search issues.
