Xporter is not loading issues properly

Xporter is not loading issues properly and the user is not able to load templates list.

Steps to reproduce the error:

• Enable permission schemes
• Create a new permission scheme (example: only for issue type subtasks)
• Add subtasks to one specific issue (example: DEMO-23)
• Go to Search for issues and search for the following query
• Project = DEMO and issue in childIssuesOf(DEMO-23)
• Try to export using dialog an error will occur (please, check the attachment).

Expected behavior:
Users should be able to export the issue.

Note 1: If we have the following JQL (project = DEMO AND parent = DEMO-23) user is able to export the same information.

Note 2: In order to use function "chilfIssuesOf()" we must have the portfolio app installed.
