Xporter blocks Form addon section from loading (ProForma: Forms & Checklist for Jira)

Description
When Xporter is enabled, the Form section does not load in the issue.

Pre-conditions

• Have ProForma: Forms & Checklist for Jira addon installed
• Have an issue created (tested with Xray Test issue)
• Create a form to be added to the issue
• Disable Xporter

How to reproduce

1. Add a form to the issue using the Form section
2. Go to Jira administration>> Manage apps >> Xporter and enable Xporter
3. Go back to the issue where the form was added

Actual result/Attachments

The Form section does not load. (see attachments for evidence)

Expected result

The Form section should load normally
