ReferenceError: goog is not defined when Xporter is enabled

      Description
      Whenever Xporter is enabled, we are getting a ReferenceError: goog is not defined, clients mention this is breaking some javascript from other apps.

      Pre-conditions

      • Install Xporter 7.2.1

      How to reproduce

      1. Open browser console
      2. select an issue

      Actual result/Attachments

      We can see a ReferenceError: goog is not defined 

      Expected result
      No error regarding Xporter should appear

      Version

      • Tested on 7.2.1-J10
