Description
Description: As a user of the Jira Service Desk user portal, I am not able to see the Xporter option on the ticket queue.
Pre-conditions: NA
How to reproduce
- Create a Jira service Customer account.
- Create 3-4 tickets via the customer portal
- Come to the ticket queue and issue view on the portal.
- Xporter option is not visible even after all the correct global settings and permissions.
Actual result/Attachments:
Expected result: The Xporter button should appear.
