    Description

      Description: As a user of the Jira Service Desk user portal, I am not able to see the Xporter option on the ticket queue.

      Pre-conditions: NA

      How to reproduce

      1. Create a Jira service Customer account.
      2. Create 3-4 tickets via the customer portal
      3. Come to the ticket queue and issue view on the portal.
      4. Xporter option is not visible even after all the correct global settings and permissions.

      Actual result/Attachments:

      Expected result: The Xporter button should appear.
