Row height expands on export, adding empty space around the text content

Description

On XLSX export, one of the rows comes out expanded, with a large amount of empty space wrapping the text, and the row height set in the template is not kept.

Pre-conditions

• Xporter: 7.4.6

Template used for export: Bug_Repro.xlsx

How to reproduce

1. Export any issue to XLSX using the attached template.
2. Open the exported file.
3. Notice the last row is expanded with additional empty space.

Actual result/Attachments

The row is expanded on export and has a lot of empty space
