Jira Service Desk Post Function from transition doesn´t generate template when triggered by Customer

Description
In a Jira Service Desk project, when using a Transition on the Workflow with an Xporter Post Function to generate a template, it doesn´t generate it when triggered by a Customer.

How to reproduce

1. Go to a Jira Service Desk project, click on the Project Settings -> Workflow and select one issue type to edit it
2. Inside the Issue Type Workflow, click on Add transition and use the following configuration
   
3. Then, click on the Transition and add a Xporter Post-Function to be generated when the transition is triggered.
   
4. Enable the Transition to be visible on the customer side.
   
5. Publish the Workflow draft
6. After this, create a customer for the Service Desk project, log in with it, and click on the Transition button
   

Actual result/Attachments
The template configured on the post-function that should be triggered when actioning the transition is not generated.

Expected result
It should generate the template according to the associated post-function configured on the transition.
