Description
Xporter fails to generate the report when used through the Service Desk Portal, returning an error.
How to reproduce
- Create a request in the Service Desk Portal
- Click the Xporter option
- The report is not generated
- An error is returned
(Refer to the ScreentoGif attached showing the behavior happening)
Actual result/Attachments
Clicking Xporter does not retrieve the report as expected.
Expected result
It is expected to have a Report created when selecting Xporter
