Xray fail to check if the Assignee of the Test Run is the current user so that the user is allowed to execute tests from the Test Runs List Gadget

Description:

From the Test Runs List Gadget, we can navigate to the Test Executions Details page if the Test Run is assigned to the user(who is viewing the gadget) or the Test Run is started. However, for some users, even if they are the Test Run assignee, they cannot navigate to the Test Run from the gadget.

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test Run and assign the Test Run to a user
2. Create a Test Runs list Gadget
3. Navigate to the Test Run from the gadget for the Test Run which is assigned to the user who is viewing the gadget

Actual result/Attachments:

The user cannot navigate to the Test Run even if the Test Run assignee is the same user and receives the error:

Expected result

The user should be able to navigate to the Test Run.
