The view details button should be visible if the user is the test run assignee or the test run was initiated.

How to reproduce

Create a test run without initializing
Assign it to a user
Create a filter with that test execution
Create a test run list gadget

Actual result/Attachments

Expected result
It should be possible to see it either the user is the test run assignee or was initialized.
