As a user, I can create a Test Execution with a custom list of Tests from a Test Plan

As a user, I can create a Test Execution with a custom list of Tests from a Test Plan.
Whenever in the Test Plan issue screen, it should be possible to create a Test Execution with a subset of the Tests present in the Test Plan. For that, the user will select a new option which will present the list of Tests from the Test Plan, which then the user can filter by component, label, priority. It should be possible to pick individually the Tests or add all the ones being currently filtered.

Note: the addition dialog can be similar to the "add Tests" action currently available inside the Test Plan.
