As a user, I am allowed to create a Test Execution with any number of Tests in a Test plan

An idea of a test plan is great, nevertheless is very limiting that is possible to create a test execution only with All tests or With specific status, see attached the file creating_a_test_execution.png

Creating a test execution with desired tests according to user's needs would be great and beneficial.

If you have test plans with hundreds of tests then it's needed to create test execution in the more granular way.
