Allow to configure notifications for comments and changed tests

It would be great to get notifications if tests are changed in a way that test steps are added, modified, deleted, etc. JIRA allows notifications for each single field to be created but this is currently not possible for test steps. People being on the CC list of a test issue should receive an email as in all other issue types on change, too.

Similar to this request, I would live to get notifications if comments for test steps are created when executing test executions. I have to review all these comments which currently requires me to go through all tests and check for comments.
