update filters for gadgets to be consistent, whenever a filter is intended not to be applied

In some filters, in some gadgets, currently the "None" value appears; "All" should be used instead.

This applies to several filters in several gadgets, that use "None" which is misleading and non-consistent with other parts of the add-on, including the existing built-in report filters.
