When, in a Test, creating a Step that has an a lot of text, the scroll bar does not appear

in a Test, when creating a step that contains a lot of text the scroll bar does not seem to appear in the Visual text editor.

In more specific terms, the text has to be handwritten and cannot be copy/pasted into step Visual editor. The text cannot contains newlines. For more detail, check this pic:
