    Description

      Pre-condition:

      Add remote jira

      Steps to reproduce

      1) Go To test run

      2) click add defect

      3) Change server to remote JIRA

      4) Change server back to local

      5) Click in dropdown button 

      6) An error is displayed  "The Jira server was contacted but has returned an error response. We are unsure of the result of this operation."
