As a user, I can see the overall progress per each Test Environment on the Test Plan screen

In order to better track the progress of all the Test Environments being addressed by a given Test Plan,  as a user, I should see the overall progress per each Test Environment on the Test Plan screen.

Information to show:

• test environment name
• progress (high-level only?)
• defects (consider performance overhead)
• ability to jump to
  • Test Plans Report with the selected Test Plan issue
  • Test Executions Report with the selected Test Plan issue
  • Test Runs Report report with the selected Test Plan issue

Notes:

• TBD - which Test Environments to consider? The ones with executions or the ones explicitly defined to be tackled by the plan? The latter should be the preferred approach (see XRAY-2561)
