As a user, I can search Test Runs

The goal for this epic is to provide a new search page, in which users can search for Test Runs using specific filters such as:

• Assignee
• Execution Status
• Test Executions
• Test Plan

This page must also provide an export functionality to export the Test Runs list to CSV.

A gadget must also be provided displaying a list of Test Runs with configurable columns including duration of executions.

The following charts must also be provided both as a reports and gadgets for dashboards:

• A line chart for showing how a particular Test is evolving in terms of duration.
• A bar chart for showing Test status result statistics (how many times has a Test been for all statuses).
