As a user, I can access a page for searching Test Runs

The page must display a list with Test Runs that can be searched using the following filters:

• Project
• Test Type
• Assignee
• Status
• Test Execution
• Test Set
• Execution Version
• Sprint
• Test Plan
• Contains Text
• Labels
• Requirement
• Component

The Test Runs table must be paginated. The user can change how many Test Runs to see in the page and this option must be persisted between requests.

For each Test Run, an action column must be available (similar to the actions on the Test Execution page). The actions must be:

• Execute
• Inline Execution
• Delete
• Assign

The columns for the table must also be configurable just like in the Test Execution issue view page.
