As a user, the Issue Selector should also take into account the project context when choosing options

Currently, the custom fields picker only takes into consideration the custom fields in the Global context (e.g. in all projects) within the issue type.

It is expected that the Fields picker should also take into consideration the Project field.

For example:

• Create a Custom Field of type checkbox (called ABC) available in Global Context
• Add Options: global-a, global-b, global-c
• Add new Context only for project Calculator
• For new context add options: calc-a, calc-b
• Go to a Test execution -> Add Tests -> Search tab. In the project field add the Calculator to the Projects field.
• Go to the Add fields options and search for "ABC".
• The options displayed are the ones defined in the global context of the custom field.
